Use Whisq responsibly, and we'll do our best to keep it running well for you. Your content is yours. AI-extracted recipes may have errors — always use your own judgment when cooking.
Whisq is a personal cookbook app that helps you extract, organize, and cook recipes. You must be at least 13 years old to use Whisq. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You retain ownership of any content you create in Whisq, including your reviews, ratings, notes, and photos. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you within the app.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
Whisq extracts recipe data from publicly available video and web content using AI. We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted recipes — ingredients, quantities, and instructions may contain errors. Always use your own judgment when cooking, especially regarding food safety, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the content you submit for extraction. Whisq processes publicly available content and does not bypass any access restrictions.

We aim to keep Whisq available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to give notice for significant changes.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Whisq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate recipe data, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (which, since Whisq is free, is zero).
We may update these terms as Whisq evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app. Continued use of Whisq after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state in which Whisq operates.
